My Background
Thera-Lution, under my expertise as a licensed California occupational therapist with over 13 years of experience
has the mission of "Helping people live fuller lives."
I've been an independent contractor, collaborating with various institutions, including School Districts, Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities and Home Health Agencies. This experience has afforded me the privilege of working closely with an extensive number of clients—approximately 1000 patients yearly—where I've successfully coached individuals toward achieving their health-related and functional goals.

I believe that every individual has the potential to live a fulfilling and purposeful life. My approach is centered around helping my clients cultivate self-awareness, identify their values and goals, and create actionable steps towards achieving them. I am committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their inner world and work towards their desired outcomes.
